- To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The full payment for your reservation must be settled before your stay.
- If you do not make your payment through the website, Modjadji will send you a booking confirmation with payment instructions.
- Upon receiving proof of payment, guests will promptly receive a confirmation email.
- If you have specific dietary requirements for meal plans, please inform us in advance.
- Please be aware that the lodge cannot refund or transfer unused bed nights in cases of cancellation due to flight or airport delays, illness, or any unforeseen circumstances.
- For individual bookings canceled more than 42 days before the scheduled arrival date, Modjadji Estate reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to any direct costs incurred, plus a 10% administration fee.
- If a guest pays a deposit through a Booking Agent and subsequently cancels, Modjadji Estate reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 15% at any time.
- In case of cancellation between 30 and 42 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total account will be imposed.
- Cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in a 100% cancellation fee, equal to the full account.
- Please note that Modjadji will not be responsible for any bank fees or exchange rate commissions associated with reservation cancellations at any time.
